Boutwell's Landing Oak Park Heights, Minnesota Presbyterian Homes and Services
To complete the full continuum of care, the existing Boutwell's Landing required a Care Center for residents requiring a higher level of care. The 108-bed addition tied the two ends of the existing senior living building to create an enclosed courtyard with beautiful gardens, streams, and walking paths. Eight distinct neighborhoods provide a home-like atmosphere, while a state-of-the-art therapy suite, dining, chapel, salon, and clinic are shared by all. Focusing on wellness for staff as well as residents, the new addition houses a full day care, classrooms, and a large auditorium. Additionally, a replica of the Original 1849 Presbyterian Chapel was created on site as a place for community gatherings and education.
