Waverly Gardens North Oaks, Minnesota Presbyterian Homes and Services
Featured in the 2007 Design for Aging Review, Waverly Gardens was inspired by the English and French countryside in the design of the buildings and the gardens. It offers an array of senior living residential options, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and long-term care.
Sitting amidst preserved wetlands, woodlands and extensive planted gardens, trails lead around the grounds providing easy access to the natural beauty. The building brings nature indoors with a large conservatory, ample glass, and balconies overlooking the gardens. The curved forms wraps around the wetlands, making the pond a focal point of the development. Wings jutting out from the main spine create spaces for protected courtyard gardens.
